What are the top 3 things that separate you from your competition?

First, personally I hold myself to an extremely high personal standard, which involves integrity, a strong work ethic and a true commitment to my clients and their needs. I will not accept new clients if I believe that the quality of performance which I offer my existing clients will be jeopardized. I have no interest in building a team or group for enhanced money flow, as I believe accountability often is sacrificed.

Second my nature – unlike most real estate salespeople – is low-key, precise and understated. You will find that I am all about service, not self-promotion.

Third and perhaps most important, happy Buyer’s and Seller’s are far more important to me than just numbers. You are my respected clients, my partner in your transaction and my future friends. I love what I do… and it is contagious.
